The Hybrid Night Guard
The Hybrid is our most popular night guard and recommended for moderate to heavy teeth grinding and clenching. It's made from a unique "dual laminate" material that's soft on the inside and hard on the outside, resulting in a ultra clear night guard that offers excellent protection from grinding yet is comfortable to wear. At 3mm, it's slightly thinner than the soft and thicker than the hard and is a "best of both worlds" option that balances comfort and durability.

how do I choose?
This is completely up to you, based on personal preference.
Most of our customers prefer the upper guard as they find that it's less in the way of the tongue while sleeping or talking. Some of our customers opt for a lower guard if they've had dental work done (crowns, implants, etc) on their upper teeth, or if their dentist specifically recommends so.
