Our commitment

Chomper Labs is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice control. We believe everyone deserves a comfortable night's sleep — and a website they can actually use to get there.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we audit our site against these guidelines, remediate issues as we find them, and review new features and content against this standard before they ship.

What we're doing

  • Regular accessibility audits of our key pages and shopping flows, using both automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Full keyboard operability of our navigation, product selection, quiz, and cart
  • Clear labels on forms and interactive controls
  • Ongoing monitoring as our site changes

Third-party content

Some parts of our site rely on third-party tools (for example, our reviews widget, chat, and checkout, which is hosted by Shopify). While we work with our vendors to support accessibility, we cannot always control how their content is built. If you hit a barrier in any part of our site — ours or a vendor's — please tell us and we will help.
