Finding your perfect mouth guard is very important to us. After all, it's a very personal product and one you probably wear almost every day.

That's why our Perfect Fit Promise™ guarantees you a perfectly fitting mouth guard.If there's an issue, we'll adjust or replace it at no charge. Put it on. Sleep with it. If you don't like the fit for any reason within 100 days, we'll make it right or take it back, hassle-free.

If it doesn't fit your teeth perfectly, we'll adjust or remake it for you until it does, for free. That's a promise.

100 Days Return

You'll have 100 days from the date of receiving the original night guard to try it out. If it's not working out and you'd like to return it within that time, just get in touch with us and your order will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $10 return shipping cost if you use our return label.

Our non-night guard products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.

How does the Perfect Fit Promise™ work?

It's very simple. If your mouth guard does not fit perfectly, we'll work with you to adjust or replace it until it does. If the issue is related to the impression, we do charge $10 for extra impression materials but the actual remake of your night guard (and all related shipping costs) is at no cost to you.If it's still not working out, you have 100 days from the date of receiving the original night guard for a full refund, minus shipping fees if you use our shipping label to return.

What about shipping costs?

For US customers, free 3-Way Shipping is included with your night guard! That includes shipping for your impression kit, sending your impression back to us, and your final night guard.
For Canadian customers, we unfortunately do have to charge for shipping. You have the option of Standard 3-Way or Expedited 3-Way shipping, with the costs calculated based on location and presented at checkout.

How long does it take to get my night guard?

Once your impression kit is shipped, you'll receive it in about 3-4 days. After we receive your impression in the lab, we'll make your custom night guard within another 3-4 business days and send it out.

Is there a warranty?

All night guards will wear out eventually, whether that's in 4 months or in 4 years depends on how heavily you grind your teeth and how well you take care of it. If you do grind through your night guard within 6 months, we'll replace it for you at no charge.

How do I get in touch for a return?

If there's an issue with your night guard, we'll work with you make it right. Just go ahead and let us know by clicking here. Otherwise, you can contact us here to initiate your return. Your night guard is eligible for return within 100 days and you'll receive a full refund minus return shipping.

What if I change my mind after getting my impression kit?

If you haven't used your impression kit yet, you can send the sealed, unopened kit back to us for a full refund minus shipping cost if you use our return label. Due to COVID precautions, if you removed the outer sealed purple mailer bag or have opened and/or used the kit materials in any way, your order is still eligible for a refund, minus the cost of the impression kit materials and shipping ($25).
