Your dental impressions (physical molds or digital scans) contain unique physical characteristics.

  • Use: We use this data solely to manufacture your custom dental products.

  • Retention: We retain your physical impressions or digital scans for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt to facilitate reorders or warranty claims. After this period, or upon your request, physical impressions are discarded/destroyed and digital files are deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

  • No Sale: We will never sell, lease, or trade your biometric data or dental impressions to any third party.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third parties solely to operate our business:
